IMPORTANT - Employment service can not charge you for other services like training classes or accreditations.
- Are you in security training school? It must be signed up with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services.
- Are you in bartending school? The New York State Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision supervises bartending schools.

Beware of ...

Predatory Schools
There are hundreds of for-profit schools in NYC. Courses consist of everything from cooling repair work and cosmetology to medical technician training. Some schools misguide students. They might:

- Get you to take out a great deal of financial help.
- "Guarantee" you a task after you finish.
- Lie about the worth of your degree, consisting of if your credits will transfer to another school.

Remember
