Our multidisciplinary team—comprising nuclear-grade sealing engineers, valve experts, materials scientists, and electromechanical engineers—blends deep academic research with real-world industrial experience to deliver high-integrity valve solutions. Through close collaboration with institutions such as Lanzhou University of Technology’s National Key Friction Laboratory, Ningbo Institute of Materials, East China University of Science and Technology, and the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, we have conducted extensive studies on low-leakage graphite sealing technologies, identifying and resolving the fundamental causes of sealing failures.
Supported by rigorous testing and third-party certification, Magpie Valve holds internationally recognized accreditations, including API 622, API 624, API 641, ISO 15848-1, TA-Luft, and ISO 15848-1 CC3. To date, we have tested nearly 500 valve models—including gate, globe, and ball valves—under extreme conditions ranging from 400°C to -196°C and up to Class 2500 LB pressure ratings. These achievements not only ensure full compliance with global standards but also set new industry benchmarks for reliability, safety, and innovation in modern valve engineering.
